Gender representation in advertising: blog tasks

STEREOTYPES
1950s/1960s: Its making the male look inferior and stronger than women and as if they control them, like how they said in '' blow in her face and she will follow you anywhere '' its saying men are better intelligently and physically superior.
2000s: Its starting to be more inclusive and women wearing men's clothing and not being put in the most feminine clothes and there being more diverse people in the adverts.
Over the past 60 years, ads have moved from showing women as homemakers and men as providers to featuring women in careers and men doing more at home, reflecting changes in how gender is viewed.
